developing/maintaining web applications.<br />

<strong>Primary Skills:</strong> .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, Entity Framework Core,<br />
Angular/React, Azure, CI/CD, TDD, OOA/OOD, Team Leadership.<br />
<br />
<strong>Secondary Skills:</strong> Bootstrap/SASS, API versioning/security, performance tuning, POC<br />
development, DevOps mindset, documentation, collaboration across teams.<br />

Position Overview:<br />
<br />
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong .NET Technical Lead to join our<br />
Engineering team. In this role, you will lead a team of 4-6 developers in building and maintaining<br />
high-quality web applications and backend services while mentoring a team of full-stack<br />
developers. The role is 80% hands-on technical work (architecture, design, coding) and 20%<br />

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, Agile/hybrid environment,<br />
contributing to both the technical direction, solution architecture, and successful delivery of<br />
enterprise-grade applications.<br />

<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br />
<br />
• OOA/OOD Design: Strong expertise in object-oriented analysis and design, applying<br />
<br />
SOLID principles and architectural patterns.<br />
<br />
• Backend Development: Proficient in .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core MVC/Web API, & C#, with<br />
prior experience in legacy frameworks such as .NET Framework 4.7 and .NET Core 3.1.<br />
<br />
• Front-End Tech: Skilled in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like<br />
<br />
Angular (v12+), React, or Blazor, with experience in Bootstrap and SASS.<br />
<br />
• API Development: Hands-on experience in designing, building and consuming RESTful<br />
<br />
APIs; familiarity with microservices architecture, API versioning, and security.<br />
<br />
• Database & ORM: Strong experience in MS SQL Server, SQL queries, stored procedures,<br />
<br />
• Unit Testing & TDD: Proficient with unit testing frameworks (NUnit) and Test-Driven<br />
<br />
• Version Control & CI/CD: Expertise in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps or GitHub<br />
<br />
and Entity Framework Core.<br />
<br />

• Cloud Platforms: Experience deploying and managing applications on Microsoft Azure<br />
<br />
(App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Blob Storage).<br />

<br />
technical documentation and adhering to best practices.<br />
<br />
• Team Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring high<br />
<br />
standards in development and best practices.<br />

<strong>Required Qualifications-</strong><br />
<br />
• 12-14 years of hands-on experience in full stack application development, primarily on<br />
the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, with proven expertise in designing, developing, and<br />
maintaining enterprise-grade web applications<br />
<br />
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with<br />
<br />
business goals and technical best practices.<br />
<br />
• Experience with Entity Framework Core or other ORM tools<br />
• Ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technical<br />
<br />
designs and scalable solutions.<br />
<br />
• Experience leading a team of junior to senior developers:<br />
<br />
o Conducting code reviews<br />
o Providing technical mentorship<br />
o Driving best practices in coding, architecture, and documentation<br />
o Promote code optimization, performance tuning, and drive continuous<br />
improvement in development efficiency and application scalability.<br />
<br />
• Work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams across geographies,<br />
<br />
collaborating with PM/Product Owners, QA and UI/UX teams.<br />
<br />
<br />
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, develop proof of concepts (POCs), and stay<br />
<br />
current with evolving technologies and development trends.<br />
<br />
• Ensure robust CI/CD implementation, including build pipelines, test automation, and<br />
<br />
deployment strategies.<br />
<br />
• Work effectively in a distributed, global team environment and contribute to Agile<br />
<br />
ceremonies (standups, retros, sprint planning).<br />
