Join Stockland in shaping vibrant communities and delivering exceptional residential projects. We’re looking for a Development Manager to lead the delivery of Stockland Nara – a major medium-density all electric community.

A dynamic Development Manager with strong experience in development trading, marketing, and sales, backed by a solid understanding of construction delivery. You’ll work closely with our internal project management team and builder partners to drive construction progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality homes for our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the delivery of Stockland Nara’s balance of 206 townhomes, ensuring projects meet profitability and cash flow benchmarks.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery – approvals, design, construction, marketing, and sales – in line with Stockland’s Development process.
