A bit about the role…

Working in a team of nine led by our Head of Disposals, as a Development Manager you will have lead responsibility for a portfolio of development and regeneration projects. You will play a critical role in preparing and releasing residential and mixed-use development sites onto the open market to select development partners and secure best value.

You will be joining our dedicated team of development and regeneration professionals, who are committed to making positive change in how Homes England brings forward land for development. We are committed to high quality placemaking and the creation of balanced communities, including the provision of a wide range of housing tenures, including affordable housing.
