A bit about us:

We are a Developer and General Contractor with a presence in the Chicagoland area. We focus on residential, commercial, and adaptive reuse work and we are looking for a Development Manager to join our team who has residential or adaptive reuse experience.

We are a company that values working hard and rewarding yourself with time off to spend time with loved ones and enjoy hobbies outside of the office. With a culture that is inclusive, collaborative, and creative, we are looking for someone to come on board who can add to the fantastic group of people we already have.

If you have experience with an Owner, Developer, or a GC, this could be the perfect next step. However, someone with only General Contracting experience wouldn't be the best fit for what we need.
