Development Manager

The ideal candidate plays a central role in driving real estate projects from concept to completion. This position oversees the full development lifecycle feasibility, design, approvals, procurement, construction interface, and handover ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Development Manager works closely with the Development Director and collaborates with internal teams, consultants, authorities, and external stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
