Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Software Development Manager to lead a small, dynamic team of developers and testers delivering high-quality software for our mission-critical, cloud-based Agiblocks commodity trading and risk management product.
In this role you'll own the full lifecycle of a highly flexible and modern solution deployed in international ag- and soft-commodity trading companies where operations cannot fail. Customers rely on this system to manage trades, risks, logistics, billing, financial integrations and compliance. Your work and leadership must result in bullet-proof, high-availability software that seamlessly integrates with other systems including market data and ERP connections.
