Responsibilities

As a Development Manager or Assistant Development Manager with Hines, you will manage all activities associated with the design and construction of a base building and/or interior improvements plus miscellaneous capital and forward commitment projects while adhering to the project schedule, budget, lender and/or ownership (partner) requirements.
