About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to join a leading residential developer, working on large-scale, residential-led projects. This is a pivotal role that spans the entire development lifecycle—from feasibility and planning through to delivery and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Project Feasibility & Acquisition:
Assess potential development opportunities, including site appraisals and financial viability. Prepare and present feasibility reports to senior management.Planning & Design Coordination:
