- Set clear goals, conduct regular 1:1s, provide constructive feedback, and nurture individual and team growth.
- Identify and groom future technical leaders within the team.
- Promote a culture of curiosity, reasoning, and innovation aligned with Bottomline's mission and values.
Technical Leadership
- Provide hands-on technical guidance with coding and architecture decisions.
- Ensure adherence to software development best practices, quality standards, and non-functional requirements.
- Audit technical decisions and drive teams toward optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Production Support, and Operations to ensure exceptional customer experience.
