Job Description

  • Analysis of field complaints & assembly line problem and take necessary design countermeasure.
  • Development of alternate source and localization of components for mass production models.
  • Implementation of regulation change in running models.
  • Evaluation of supplier change request and VA ideas implementation as per project timeline. Should have adequate knowledge of Chassis parts Design, drawing, GT&T controls, tolerance stack-up analysis, Statistical control, FTA analysis & CAD system. (UG NX/ UG Motion) Basic know-how and understanding of doing CAE simulation.
