Qualifications

• Tertiary level education in Township or any related field.
• Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin speaker is preferred.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in housing and commercial property development, building or related field is required for this position.
• Possess strong planning, organizing & project management skills.
• Preferred with OSH certificate

Responsibilities

• To manage large-scale township developments, including land protection, zoning regulations, and the application process for development permits;
• To negotiate and obtain planning permission and licenses and keeping abreast of General Industry Developments and building regulations;
