Your Role

主要關注重點開發新產品所需未有之技術, 整合各單位資源開發重點新產品所需技術缺口. Molex is seeking for a (Sr.) DPE Engineer and mainly focus on the technology gap that is required for the development of new products, and integrate the resources of each unit to develop the technology gaps required for key new products Scope 從樣品引進、新設備/技術/材料/製造流程的開發和應用，到新產品的大量生產引進。. From sample introduction, development and application of new equipment/technology/materials/manufacturing processes to mass production introduction of new products. 

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • 建立並發展新產品技術能力和專業知識 負責核實新產品導入關鍵物料編號相關流程的狀態，對樣品生產數據進行統計數據分析，並收集物料特性數據，根據統計分析結果制定技術差距的改進計劃，並在達到改進目標後將其導入生產。 Established and build a new product technology capability and expertise Responsible for verifying the status of NPI key material number related processes, conduct statistical data analysis of sample production data, and collect material characteristic data to develop development plans for technical gaps based on statistical ...
