This part-time hybrid role, based in Singapore, offers flexibility for remote work as necessary. As the Development Program Director, you will oversee and develop fundraising strategies, lead philanthropic initiatives, manage donor relationships, and execute financial campaigns. Daily responsibilities include building and managing annual and planned giving programs, creating and monitoring budgets, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure program success and sustainability.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Planned Giving and Annual Giving
Experience in Philanthropy and Fundraising initiatives
Strong background in Budgeting and financial planning for development programs
Excellent organizational, networking, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in hybrid settings, both remotely and in-person
Knowledge of development program management within the non-profit or related sectors
