The position is based in Mexico City
**What the job involves**
- Perform project management activities including scope definition, budget management and schedule management by coordinating direct reports, internal resources, and contractors
- Prepare, submit, and follow up with the different governmental entities on various permitting and entitlement activities
- Manage communications amongst the different divisions and third parties involved in the projects
- Oversee all administrative and financial processes related to the hotels by working closely with the finance and financial planning departments
