Position Overview

The Analyst/Sr. Analyst, Development Strategy is responsible for translating market insights into portfolio investment decisions and site-level strategies. Reporting to Senior Manager of Development Strategy, this role will help prioritize sites, manage commercial decision points, evaluate site selection and leasing strategies, and deliver the analyses and materials that guide capital allocation and customer engagement across North America
