Job Description
**We are seeking to recruit an experienced Social Worker with a keen interest in sharing knowledge and developing others in the area of safeguarding.**
Our successful applicant will work closely with an Assistant Director, (Safeguarding Lead), to support and ensure the highest standards of safeguarding practice and compliance throughout Barnardo's Northern Ireland.
The post requires the postholder to be flexible, solution focussed and adaptable in their approach whilst prioritising high quality safeguarding practice for children, young people and their families.

**The role will primarily be based in Belfast however this is negotiable and will be agreed in the context of the postholder being required to support services across N Ireland.**
