Developmental Disabilities Program Specialist 1

Duties Description As a Developmental Disabilities Program Specialist 1 (DDPS1) will provide oversight of the Broome DDSOO Staffing Department. They will report directly to the Deputy Director for Broome DDSOO. They provide supervisory oversight to the Staffing Liaisons and oversee management of the District Support Program and District Support DA2s. They provide management of employee resources across the DDSOO. They assist teams in the process of addressing clinical, professional, administrative, direct care, and clerical supports required and completing tasks related to filling those positions. This position is critical to facilitating Broome overtime reduction initiatives and overtime management, establishing reduction goals and monitoring/communicating team progress on reducing overtime expenses.
