Device Repair Specialist (EFT POS Device)

A Device Repair Specialist is part of the Device Management team under the Merchant Services – Operations Department. This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing defective devices, performing maintenance, and handling various hardware-related issues for POS terminals. The specialist ensures all POS equipment Attended & Unattended are fully functional and restored to working conditions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and repair defective POS terminals and accessories.
• Replace faulty components to ensure devices work properly.
• Ensure all devices are clean, updated, and fully functional.
• Test repaired devices for performance and reliability.
• Maintain detailed logs of repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities.
• Follow safety protocols when handling electronic devices and repair equipment.
