What you will do
• Design and optimize Windows image provisioning and lifecycle management leveraging Autopilot and Autopilot
• Lead enterprise hardware certification and driver/firmware integration for global device platforms.
• Design and implement automation jobs using PowerShell, Azure Automation, and integrations with platforms like ServiceNow and Nexthink FLOW.
• Manage Windows OS updates, feature upgrades, and compliance policies across global environments using Intune and MECM.
• Enhance endpoint security through Intune compliance policies, Active Directory Group Policy, and advanced scripting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align endpoint solutions with business and security requirements.
• Drive DEX improvements through analytics and proactive remediation using tools like Nexthink.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing across teams.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure adherence to operational and security standards.
About you
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree engineer in computer or MCA in computer applications
• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Windows client infrastructure and enterprise endpoint management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Intune, MECM, Windows Autopilot (including Autopilot , and PowerShell scripting.
• Strong understanding of Azure services, automation frameworks, and ServiceNow integration.
• Expertise in Intune Configuration Profile, Proactive Remediation and Platform Scripts for compliance enforcement, and GPO management.
• Experience with application packaging and deployment in large-scale environments.
• Familiarity with DEX tools such as Nexthink.
• Solid knowledge of browser management (Edge, Chrome) in enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
• Experience with Azure Automation, Nexthink FLOW integration and Remote Action, and ServiceNow workflows.
• Knowledge of Linux desktop environments (Ubuntu, Lubuntu) for cross-platform support.
• Strong planning, leadership, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with programming concepts in C# or would be preferred (for automation and integration scenarios).
