Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Automation Engineer with deep expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems administration, Ansible automation, and Terraform-based infrastructure provisioning. In this role, you will automate and streamline the deployment of infrastructure and applications, develop RESTful APIs, and support AI-driven platforms by ensuring a robust, scalable, and efficient DevOps environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments, ensuring their stability, security, and high availability
Design, implement, and manage automation processes using Ansible to streamline system configurations and deployments
Develop and maintain Python scripts for automating system management tasks and integrating with other tools
Provision and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
Design and build REST APIs and RESTful services to support system and application integration, particularly with AI-driven workloads
Automate routine system maintenance, deployments, and operational workflows
Collaborate closely with DevOps, AI/ML, and application teams to design and support cloud-native and on-prem systems
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and automation issues across systems
Enforce best practices for system security, performance, and monitoring
Produce clear technical documentation for automation workflows, system configurations, and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) system administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Hands-on expertise in Ansible for automating configuration management and deployment
Proficiency in Python for scripting and tool development
Experience using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management
Solid understanding of REST APIs and service-oriented architecture
Familiarity with DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system reliability
Preferred Skills
Experience working with AI/ML platforms or integrating AI-driven applications
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Familiarity with version control tools like Git
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
Education & Certifications (Optional)
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) is a plus
Certifications in DevOps, Terraform, or AWS/Azure/GCP are beneficial
