Role Overview:
We are looking for a Backend Engineer with strong Dev Ops capabilities. This role is not
focused on core product feature development, but instead owns end-to-end deployment,
infrastructure, and backend enablement.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable with backend engineering and Dev Ops
responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end deployment pipelines and release workflows
- Work closely with engineering teams to support backend systems
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Handle infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and stability
- Support backend services used across internal tools and platforms
- Work with modern developer tools (Cursor, cloud tooling, etc.)
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and deployment reliability
