DevOps / Docker Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with minimum 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, docker/Kubernetes and monitoring systems. You will work closely with development and operations teams to streamline deployment processes, enhance system security, reliability and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless software deployment.

• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ensure high availability.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth software releases.

• Implement containerization using Docker and Kubernetes

• Automate tasks using scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

• Maintain security best practices in deployment processes.

• Work with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of Linux systems and shell scripting.

• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, etc.).

• Understanding of networking, security best practices, and fire walls.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation in Computer Science or similar.
