DevOps Engineer – CSG International

Join CSG International’s Digital Engagement Solutions (DES) R&D Xponent Engineering Group as a DevOps Engineer. This role supports the next generation of functionality and scalability for our Journey Orchestration and Analytics platform.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross‑team support (Services, Development)
  • Provide support and documentation for the solutions you build
  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs
  • Identify tasks suitable for automation
  • Promote modern standards in DevOps, Big Data ETL, and Cloud Practices
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders in a distributed global organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience delivering a SAAS or PAAS Product in the cloud
