We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and tackle complex technical challenges while helping shape and support our infrastructure and tooling. This role involves close collaboration across various teams and active participation throughout the product lifecycle—from ideation to launch.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain tools that support system monitoring and performance tracking
  • Play a key role in defining and evolving infrastructure architecture
  • Design and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
  • Enhance and maintain Terraform modules, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD workflows
  • Create and manage disaster recovery strategies and backup processes
  • Identify opportunities for automation and drive operational efficiencies
  • Collaborate effectively and escalate issues when needed to ensure timely resolutions

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes
  • Proven ability to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for large-scale enterprise applications
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
  • Experience with centralized logging tools (e.g., Fluentbit, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch)
  • Background in supporting high-availability, low-latency systems, especially in crypto or finance, is a plus
  • Solid understanding of Linux systems and network fundamentals
  • Experience with GitOps workflows, particularly ArgoCD, is a plus
  • 4+ years in DevOps, with a strong focus on cloud (AWS) environments
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code as needed
  • Passion for working at the intersection of technology and finance
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
