Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, configure, and implement Windows and Linux IT infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support and system administration on cloud platforms to ensure service level objectives are met.
  • Implement data backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans for core systems.
  • Apply security updates and remediations on cloud platforms in collaboration with the cybersecurity team.
  • Automate cloud operations and perform routine tasks such as system health checks, capacity monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalation.
  • Configure, document, and optimize DevOps infrastructure components.
  • Develop automated deployments using configuration management tools.
  • Maintain and support Production, Staging, and Development environments.
