Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM DevOps Engineer will work with Developers to deploy and manage code changes, and work with Operations Engineers on managing and maintaining the CRM Platform (D365, Power Platform, and Azure)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages the release pipeline for all projects and changes.

  • Handles code releases, deployments, and management of product updates.

  • Sets up tools and required infrastructure based on delivery/project requirements.

  • Automates the deployment process and continuously improves on it.

  • Has the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software package for deployment.

  • Helps define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation.

  • Ensures that the CRM Platform is running smoothly and efficiently.
