Job Description
In this role, you will support infrastructure operations for a suite of software products by managing permissions, handling access requests via Slack, and troubleshooting one-off operational issues as they arise. You will assist with releases for new services and perform ongoing patching and maintenance across cloud infrastructure, primarily within an Amazon Linux environment.
