DevOps Engineer IV (Remote) Primary Location: Remote V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a DevOps Engineer IV (Remote) for our premier client. Education and Experience » Must-Have: 5 years in SRE, Systems Engineering, DevOps, or Software Development, or Platform Engineering. Strong background with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms. Intermediate-level experience with Terraform Solid scripting/programming experience (Go, Python, Bash, JavaScript, or similar). Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed systems and production environments. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, CloudWatch, etc.). Nice-to-Have: Experience working in Agile environments. Experience with working in highly-regulated environments. Experience with tools like Consul or Vault for service discovery/secrets management. Background supporting multiple cloud environments & regions. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities » Must Have: AWS CI/CD Docker NodeJS Terraform Nice To Have: Application Development. JavaScript. Kafka. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Job Responsibilities: Build and maintain cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS or similar platforms). Automate deployments and infrastructure using tools like Terraform and Ansible. Support Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized application environments. Improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response processes. Troubleshoot production issues across systems, applications, and networks. Work directly with engineering teams to strengthen reliability and deployment workflows. Interested?
