Duties and Responsibilities:
A DevOps Engineer for Salesforce Platform is responsible for establishing and managing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, automating testing and deployment workflows, and ensuring multi-tenant environment stability across agencies.
Responsibilities:
" Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines.
" Manage environments, sandboxes, and version control (Git, branching strategies).
" Establish automated deployment, rollback, and release validation workflows.
" Coordinate sandbox refresh schedules and data seeding processes.
" Automate deployment approvals through integration with Salesforce CoE (Center of Excellence) governance (Architecture Review Board).
" Maintain metadata and package management for multi-agency environments.
