DevOps Engineer- Level II

Duties and Responsibilities:
A DevOps Engineer for Salesforce Platform is responsible for establishing and managing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, automating testing and deployment workflows, and ensuring multi-tenant environment stability across agencies.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage environments, sandboxes, and version control (Git, branching strategies).
• Establish automated deployment, rollback, and release validation workflows.
• Coordinate sandbox refresh schedules and data seeding processes.
• Automate deployment approvals through integration with Salesforce CoE (Center of Excellence) governance (Architecture Review Board).
• Maintain metadata and package management for multi-agency environments.
• Support “Tenant Management” and data isolation strategy across agencies.
