Job Description

Must respond promptly to issues reported by clients, conducting root cause analysis and going through various testing scenarios for thorough resolution within the agreed SLA.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs devops-related deployment tasks deployment of infrastructure
  • Performs infra hardening to secure the systems from known risks and vulnerabilities
  • Complies with all operational standards and other requirements as defined in the ITS system implementation standards
  • Provides infra support during testing
  • Performs server migration and cutover to production; provides onsite support during these activities.
  • Provide support on other infra-related SR activities.
