• Oversee and deliver comprehensive digital programs and initiatives, utilizing agile and design-thinking methodologies to ensure sustainable implementation.
• Document current (as is) and future (to be) processes, detailing the necessary changes to transition to the to be state, ensuring accurate recording of required modifications.
• Gather business requirements through various methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, articulating these requirements in terms of target user roles and objectives.
