Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and troubleshooting . The ideal candidate will work closely with development and release teams to design, maintain, and optimize enterprise-grade deployment pipelines.

Core Responsibilities & Skills: CI/CD & Pipeline Tools

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions .

  • Ability to build, maintain, and troubleshoot complex pipelines.

Scripting & Automation

  • Strong shell scripting skills for automating deployment and operational tasks.

  • Experience with Groovy for Jenkins pipeline development.

  • Working knowledge of Python for pipeline utilities (optional).

  • Experience running test automation within pipelines (optional).

Version Control (Git)

  • Strong experience with Git , including branching strategies and code versioning.

SDLC & Agile

  • Good understanding of enterprise SDLC , change management, and release processes.

  • Experience working with Agile teams (Scrum / Kanban).

Troubleshooting & Debugging

  • Ability to analyze Jenkins logs and pipeline execution results.

  • Diagnose and resolve pipeline stage failures , including import/export issues.

Bonus / Advanced Skills: Pega Platform (Good to Have)

  • Understanding of Pega application packaging , including product rules, rulesets, and versioning.

  • Knowledge of rule resolution, branching, and merge strategies in Pega.

  • Familiarity with Pega deployment processes (Import/Export, Deployment Manager).

Infrastructure & Cloud

  • Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes .

  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services .

Mandatory Skills:

  • CI/CD Pipelines: Jenkins, GitHub

Desired Skills:

  • Groovy , Shell Scripting

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant DevOps experience .

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to solve problems quickly and creatively.

  • Comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
