AISA (AI Super Agency Pte. Ltd.) — Singapore

We are an early-stage AI company building multiple Flask/Python applications (including Pitch Arcade, Intelligent Data Room, AICitySim, Intake).

We urgently need a
DevOps engineer or DevOps agency
to take over infrastructure setup and ongoing support.

Immediate Needs (This Week):

  • Full GitHub repo setup (main/stage/dev, team access)
  • Safe deployment workflow for multiple Flask apps
  • Docker or Gunicorn/NGINX deployments
  • Staging → Production workflow
  • Rollback + versioning
  • Secure environment variable management
  • Onboarding external frontend engineers
  • Zero-downtime deploys
  • SSL, monitoring, backups

Ongoing Needs:

  • 24/7 server monitoring + incident alerts
  • Occasional deploy support
  • Security hardening
  • Log management
  • Performance optimisation
  • Emergency response if apps go down (critical)

Stack:

  • Ubuntu VPS (Vultr)
  • Flask + Python 3
  • MySQL / PostgreSQL
  • Gunicorn + NGINX
  • GitHub or alternative
  • Let's Encrypt
  • Tailwind / Jinja templates

Location: APAC strongly preferred (e.g. SG, MY, IN, VN, PH, TH, ID)

Engagement: Immediate (starts this week)

Budget: Flexible depending on seniority ($25–50/hr)
