Collaborate with developers, traders, and quantitative researchers to ensure the stability and performance of trading systems and core infrastructure.Design, build, and maintain automation for workflows, data pipelines, and system operations.Create tools that improve system reliability, observability, and operational efficiency.Troubleshoot complex issues across applications, networks, and operating systems in production and staging environments.Deploy and configure applications using configuration management and infrastructure-as-code tools.Manage containerized environments and support deployments to on-premises and co-located data centers.Support database administration, monitoring, and performance tuning as part of overall system health.Implement and refine logging, metrics, and alerting to ensure rapid issue detection and response.
