Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work together with development team to advise/design/define better scalability, reliability, and CI/CD mechanism.
  • Adapt to newer backend architecture change determined by development team due to rapid capacity growth and feature requests.
  • Run maintenance windows for clusters.
  • Deploy new software to clusters.
  • Perform basic sanity testing on infrastructure upgrades
  • Work in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 Devops Support
  • In case of outage and failure, take mitigation measurement immediately and keep system up and running.
  • Screen the issues and open ticket to developers in case there are bugs
  • Enter bugs to Engineering on any infrastructure issues.
  • Keep status and change logs for any work.
