Opportunity

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our talented team. This is a remote position located in a flexible, remote‑first culture.

What you will do
  • Scale our infrastructure to support international growth with multi‑region, multi‑cloud challenges.
  • Build and operate container platforms on Kubernetes (EKS/GKE or equivalent), managing autoscaling, policies and security.
  • Collaborate daily with engineers, participating in the development process.
  • Automate IaC and performance improvements using Terraform, cloud‑native tooling (CloudFormation, Pulumi, CrossPlane) and CI/CD integrations.
  • Design solutions focused on uptime, redundancy, DR and security, working with Security and Compliance teams.
  • Maintain an on‑call rotation for the infrastructure, responding to alerts and driving continuous improvement.
Required skills
  • Hands‑on experience in AWS or GCP (experience in both is a plus).
  • Deployment automation and IaC with Terraform; cloud‑specific tools (CloudFormation or Deployment Manager) are a plus.
  • Monitoring, alerting and dashboarding with ELK, Coralogix, CloudWatch or Cloud Logging.
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Rundeck).
  • Knowledge of compute and networking services in AWS and/or GCP.
  • Experience provisioning, maintaining and scaling Kubernetes clusters.
  • Linux administration fundamentals and command‑line proficiency.
  • Security best practices for cloud environments.
  • Optional: scripting/programming in Python, Go, Bash; DR/HA design; performance tuning; cost optimisation.
