Job Description

We are looking for a hands‑on DevOps Team Lead to own and evolve our client cloud‑native infrastructure on AWS. You will lead a compact DevOps team while remaining deeply technical -focusing on architecture, automation, reliability, security, and cost efficiency in a regulated fintech environment. This is a builder role with significant ownership over the platform's performance, scalability, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable, and highly available AWS environments
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (primarily Terraform; CloudFormation as needed) for consistent, auditable, and versioned setups
  • Serve as the go‑to expert on VPC design, networking, security groups, load balancing (ALB/NLB), and service connectivity patterns
  • Integrate modern edge and secure access tools (e.g., Cloudflare for CDN/DNS, secure remote access solutions)
