Job Description

Piper Companies is looking for a DevOps Manager to join a growing infrastructure-focused team a hybrid position working onsite Tuesday - Thursday in Raleigh, NC. The ideal DevOps Manager will lead a team of engineers while bringing strong expertise in systems engineering, networking, and security while enhancing CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities for the DevOps Manager:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Drive infrastructure initiatives, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across platforms.
  • Collaborate with development teams to manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
  • Maintain and optimize a hybrid Linux and Windows environment, with a strong emphasis on Kubernetes and Linux systems.
  • Lead the deployment and maintenance of robust, scalable systems in cloud infrastructure
