€86,000 - €90, % Bonus

This role can be managed remotely within the EU with occasional travel to the clients IT hubs across Europe, or on a hybrid basis from Wroclaw, Brno or Barcelona.

We're hiring on behalf of a leading global Manufacturing company seeking an experienced DevOps Team Manager to lead and scale their cloud automation and deployment strategy.

You'll head up a global team of 15 DevOps engineers , driving automation, reliability, and performance across all environments. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll define best practices, implement CI/CD improvements, and champion DevSecOps across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a distributed DevOps team across multiple regions.
• Define and execute DevOps/DevSecOps strategy aligned with business goals.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure using Azure DevOps, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes .
• Drive operational excellence, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Establish a Community of Practice to share and promote DevOps best practices.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years in DevOps or development roles, including 2+ years in team leadership.
• Strong background in CI/CD, containerisation, and cloud automation (Azure preferred). xugodme
• Proven experience with Git, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Azure Pipelines .
• Passion for innovation, collaboration, and modern engineering practices.

Nice to Have:

• Agile or ITIL background
• DevOps certifications (Microsoft / AWS)
