DevOps Engineering Manager
€86,000 - €90,000 + 15% Bonus
This role can be managed remotely within the EU with occasional travel to the clients IT hubs across Europe, or on a hybrid basis from Wroclaw, Brno or Barcelona.
We’re hiring on behalf of a leading global Manufacturing company seeking an experienced DevOps Team Manager to lead and scale their cloud automation and deployment strategy.
You’ll head up a global team of 15 DevOps engineers , driving automation, reliability, and performance across all environments. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll define best practices, implement CI/CD improvements, and champion DevSecOps across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a distributed DevOps team across multiple regions.
- Define and execute DevOps/DevSecOps strategy aligned with business goals.
