Overview
We need an experienced DevOps/backend engineer to enforce runtime integrity and prevent silent backend degradation.
Current problems:
Backend listening on 8000 while frontend targets 8081
Dependency installation mismatch between dev and runtime
CI green while required endpoints are missing
No contract guard verifying OpenAPI path presence
