What you’ll do

• Responsible & service owner for Digital App&Web channels products and services
• Responsible for all 7/24 Level 2 Operations in a proactive manner (Deployments, Monitoring, Troubleshooting, SLA/OLA Management, Service Capacity Management, Service Network Management, Technical Contract Management, Service OPEX Management, Service Incident Management, Service Problem Management, etc.) for corresponding products and services
• To ensure the service delivery is meeting the business and operational standards
• To ensure appropriate measurement and reporting of service performance, usage and availability is in place in order to analyse the trends to identify and prioritize improvements
• Implementing correct measurement of capacity demands
• Implementing DevOps tools and life cycle processes on responsible services.
• Implementing Operational automation processes (test, deployment, alarm).
• Working in multiple Agile Squad teams and delivering outputs per each team
• Maintaining a close relationship with the respective departments (marketing, project office, infrastructure, solution) to be aware of any changes to or additions to the current scope of the services
• Leading micro groups and projects

Who you are

• Significant experience on UNIX/ Linux/Windows Operating system.
• Significant experience on Application servers Weblogic/Tomcat
• Significant experience of Java, .NET Applications and Management Tools
• Significant experience of UNIX/Linux Shell Scripting, Oracle PL/SQL and MSSQL systems
• Significant experience on Devops&Agile methodologies.
• Significant experience with implementing CI & CD pipelines and tools, Git, Jenkins, Nexus
• Significant experience on Microservice architecture, technologies
• Significant experience with Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Cassandra, Kong, Redis, Celery, Kafka, Hazelcast, RabbitMQ
• Significant experience on OCP, AWS, Google Cloud etc.
• Significant experience with Kubernetes, Swarm
• Excellent command of English
• Good team player skills
• Ability to work with ambitious timelines in a dynamic, high-growth environment
• Strong communication / interpersonal and decision making skills – ability to balance conflicting interests
• Familiar with working in an international environment
• Having experience more than 5 years with similar position
