DevOps Team Lead

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on DevOps Team Lead to own the full lifecycle of our AWS and cloud infrastructure. Leading a small team, you will spend the majority of your time architecting, implementing, and maintaining our cloud platform—from CI/CD pipelines to security hardening to cost optimization. This is a technically-focused role where you’ll have significant autonomy and direct impact on our systems’ reliability and performance in a regulated fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Cloud
  • Architecture, design, implement, and maintain high-performance, secure, and highly-available infrastructure on AWS
  • Build and manage AWS resources using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for networking, VPCs, security groups, load balancers, and inter-service communication patterns
