Job Description

This is a hands-on
DevOps leadership role
in a robotics organisation operating real, business-critical systems across cloud and on-prem environments.

You'll own the DevOps architecture end to end not just keeping things running, but shaping how platforms evolve, scale, and support fast, reliable delivery. This role is for someone who stays calm under pressure, takes responsibility when things break, and cares deeply about building systems that last.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and evolve DevOps architecture across
    cloud, on-prem, and Kubernetes
    environments
  • Act as the technical authority for CI/CD, platform operations, and infrastructure standards
  • Translate business and product needs into clear technical priorities and roadmaps
  • Lead incident response for critical production systems and drive meaningful post-mortems
  • Identify architectural risks, inefficiencies, and technical debt — and fix them
