DevOps/ClouOps Engineer

(m/f) | Lisbon


The Cloud Ops team specializes in DevOps and Cloud Operations, focused on managing and optimizing cloud environments on Windows and Linux, including container platforms based on AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).


We deliver automated deployment processes, ensuring stable, secure, and scalable operations, effective Cloud Management, and cost optimization. The team also participates in technical audits to guarantee compliance, performance, and adherence to best practices.


Given our international coverage, the role requires availability for shift work (up to midnight or 1:00 a.m., on a rotating weekly basis). Occasionally, Saturday work may be required for maintenance activities involving planned service unavailability. This is a mandatory requirement.


Responsibilities

  • Manage Windows and Linux systems in cloud environments.
  • Automate operational tasks with Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
  • Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and monitoring.
  • Build Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Deploy and manage Kubernetes/Docker containerized applications.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, infrastructure, and application issues efficiently.


Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) – mandatory (if you talk Spanish is a big advantage).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in roles such as Systems Administrator, DevOps Engineer or SRE.
  • Experience in Windows, Linux, cloud environments (including AKS management).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and operational monitoring.
  • Familiarity with FinOps practices and cost optimization in cloud environments.
  • Understanding technical auditing and compliance processes.

Education

  • Degree in Information technology or similar / Bachelor / master’s in computer science.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus.
