DevSecOps Engineer

Insight Global is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join one of our clients out of Mexico City, MX. This role is remote and splits roughly 50% engineering responsibilities (designing, implementing and improving CI/CD pipelines, managing and automating infrastructure on GCP, etc.) and 50% operations (conducting office hours, guiding teams on how to do builds and deployments, handling tickets, etc.).

• Design, implement and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage and automate infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Perform operational duties including office hours and guiding teams on builds and deployments.
• Handle tickets and provide ongoing support to development teams.

• 3-5 years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer.
• Strong focus on automation, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD.
• Strong experience within a cloud environment (GCP preferred).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Strong scripting background to automate tasks and build tools.
• Experience with Dynatrace or Grafana for monitoring/alerting.
• Strong understanding of security principles.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
