DevSecOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer, your mission will be to design, operate and evolve CI/CD platforms and cloud-native infrastructure solutions that support Santander CIB's digital platforms, driving automation and reliability across development teams.

We need someone like you to contribute across the following responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for container-based and legacy applications.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure in AWS using tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Operate and improve container environments EKS, Openshift, ensuring scalability and resiliency.
• Support certificate lifecycle management, secrets rotation, and access control via Vault and KMS.
• Implement observability standards, integrating monitoring tools like Dynatrace and CloudWatch.
• Collaborate with developers, SREs, and security teams to enhance platform capabilities.
