🔍 We’re Hiring: DFMEA Engineer / Risk Analysis Engineer

📍 Location: Pune (@ Tier1 Automotive customer)

🧑 💼 Experience: 6–10 Years

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

Join us as a DFMEA Engineer, where you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to building robust, high‑quality products.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

🔹DFMEA Facilitation: Lead, coordinate, and document DFMEA sessions and cross‑functional risk assessment meetings for new and existing products.

🔹Risk Analysis: Identify potential failure modes, causes, and effects;
evaluate RPN/AP and drive prioritization of risks.

🔹Design Improvement: Recommend and support design changes to proactively prevent failures.

🔹Collaboration: Work closely with hardware architects, electrical, mechanical, and software engineers to ensure system‑level design objectives.

🔹APIS Knowledge: Independently operate APIS IQ-FMEA software for DFMEA documentation.

🎓 Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 3–10+ years in product design, reliability engineering, or quality assurance.

Technical Skills

🔹Strong hands‑on experience with FMEA methodologies and APIS software.

🔹Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (3Dx).

🔹Solid understanding of GD&T and tolerance stack-up.

🔹Familiarity with Reliability Engineering and DFM/DFA principles.
