Job Description
We are looking for DFT - Director responsible for DFT design-implementation-validation, MBIST/ Scan/ ATPG implementation, pattern generation, validation leading to SOC tapeout. Timing constraints development and test timing closure support, Support Post-silicon pattern bringup through release-to-production.
The role requires thorough understanding of ASIC design life-cycle and expert understanding of DFT design concepts, test strategies across digital/mixed-signal/analog designs, knowledge of interdependencies with front/backend domains, silicon bringup requirements and experience and skill/desire to lead team of engineers
- Thorough understanding of internal / External DFT architecture and technology.
- Good understanding of ASIC life cycle, execution flows and planning multidisciplinary activities is required.

Scan Insertion, Memory BIST and JTAG at IC –level for mixed signal designs
- DFT verification for gate-level and timing simulations
- Work cross sites with design team to define and implement DFT.
- Hands on experience in DFT problem solving, simulation debug, ATPG DRC analysis and coverage improvements.
- Work with STA timing engineers to define and support closure of test timing modes
- Pattern delivery for ATE and Support Test engineer in silicon bringup
- Experience in RTL coding, shell scripting, analog DFT simulations
- Be fluent with all common concepts of Df T and Df T tools.
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 18+ years experience with exposure to DFx methodology.
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as hands-on debugging/bring up skills
- Ability to set team goals and work consistently towards achieving them
- Experience in requirements development flow
- Ability to communicate clearly to senior management & executives within and outside the organization. - Good interpersonal skills and having managed a team in similar capacity
